What is Follow-Up OS?
Follow-Up OS is a ready-to-use follow-up system for people who get leads but struggle to follow up consistently. It gives you one place to track every lead, a simple workflow and schedule for following up, and templates and resources that make reaching out easier.
Who is it for?
Creators, freelancers, agencies, service providers and online businesses — anyone who has conversations with potential customers and wants a reliable way to follow up. If you only get a handful of inquiries a year, you probably don't need a system like this.

Do I need special software?

Can I use it for my business?
Yes. Follow-Up OS is made to run the follow-up process in your own business, for your own leads and clients. Please don't resell or redistribute the files — the Terms of Service explain the license.
Purchase & delivery
Is this a one-time payment?
Yes. Follow-Up OS costs $29, paid once. There's no recurring charge.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep the files. There are no monthly fees and nothing to cancel.
How do I receive the product?
Checkout and delivery are handled by Payhip, a platform for selling digital products. As soon as your payment goes through, Payhip gives you a download link and emails a copy to the address you used at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Checkout happens on Payhip's secure checkout page. Your payment details are handled by Payhip and its payment providers — they're never shared with or stored on this website.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Because Follow-Up OS is a digital download, please read it before you buy.
What if something goes wrong with my download?
Contact us with the email address you used at checkout and we'll help you get access.
The Free Guide
Is the Free Guide included?
No. The Free Guide is a separate, free product with its own page and its own checkout. Buying Follow-Up OS doesn't add the guide to your order. If you'd like it, you can get the Free Guide here at no cost.
Do I have to buy anything to get the Free Guide?
No. It's free. Payhip will ask for your email address so it can send you the download.
Results
Will this guarantee me more clients?
No — and be careful with anything that promises that. Follow-Up OS gives you a system for following up consistently, so fewer good conversations slip through the cracks. Results depend on your offer, your leads and the work you put in.
